Working with Rights Holders to help optimise both back office operations (Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Ticketing, CRM, Loyalty, Wi-Fi) and optimise commercial revenue generation opportunities (Sponsorship and Commercial Rights). DQM have worked closely with The Jockey Club to build Jockey Club Services (JCS), a business that is mandated to deliver world-class back office solutions to the sports industry in the UK and overseas. The Jockey Club had gone through significant change a few years ago that necessitated investment in technology, process, people and infrastructure. JCS is a by-product of that investment and DQM now have a role in running that business. Clients include professional cricket teams, a number of National Governing Bodies and independent racecourses.

DQM are also a founding partner of International Venue Management (IVM) – a collaboration of a number of experts in various elements of venue operational excellence. International Venue Management off ers a complete, specialist resource from a collaborative group of Management Consultants, who between them have decades of global experience in the successful operation of iconic venues across Stadia, Theme Parks and Heritage sites.
